1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SaM (Study agentic Model) mobile application and associated web portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Educational & AI Autonomy Disclaimer

SaM utilizes Google Genkit and Google Vertex AI (Gemini 3.5 models) to autonomously synthesize study guides, flashcards, notes, and mock examinations. While our multi-agent pipeline utilizes strict verification schemas, AI-generated content is intended for study assistance and conceptual practice only. Users are advised to cross-reference mission-critical academic materials.

3. Credits, Quotas & Subscriptions

The platform operates on a tiered structure (Standard, Pro, Expert):

• Pre-Flight Limits: Uploads are constrained by tier-based file size and token boundaries to prevent infrastructure abuse.
• Credit Consumption: Credits are deducted atomically based on input token processing and generation density.
• Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions (Pro/Expert) unlock expanded quotas and feature access, verified via secure backend cryptographic protocols.

4. User Content & Local Storage

Materials uploaded into the Shelf (PDFs, text notes) are processed for the sole purpose of generating your personalized study resources. SaM stores your study files in a local-first sandbox tied to your account UID. You retain complete ownership of any original educational content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload malicious files, attempt to reverse-engineer server-side callable endpoints, bypass token firewalls, or utilize the platform to generate harmful, infringing, or illegal materials.

6. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify service limits, model configurations, or terminate access for violations of these terms without prior notice.
